On April 28, 2023, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) approved the Advanced Clean Fleets Regulation (ACF). Trucks covered by the ACF regulation will need to be reported in the Truck Regulation Upload, Compliance, and Reporting System (TRUCRS) (https://ssl.arb.ca.gov/trucrs_reporting/login.php). The following are the initial reporting deadlines in the regulation:
- Drayage Trucks – December 31, 2023
- High Priority Fleets – February 1, 2024
- State and Local Government Fleets – April 1, 2024
