IMPORTANT HOTEL RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations must be received at least 30 days prior to your reservation arrival date.
Cancellations made between 30 days and 8 days prior to the arrival date will be charged two nights’ lodging.
Any and all adjustments made, including full or partial cancellation, within 7 days of the arrival date and no-shows will be charged for the full length of stay

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations received after February 2, 2026 and prior to March 9, 2026 will be assessed a $250 per registrant fee.
No-shows and cancellations received after March 9, 2026 will result in full forfeiture of deposits/payments.
